I bought this cheery dress to make a door snake. But I can't bring myself to cut it up! I think it was $5 from Vinnies. Maybe $3?? Anyway, the weave of the fabric is really cool and the pockets? So cute.
Would you believe that it is originally from Target? How times have changed eh? The cut is very 1960's, the top is quite fitted and the skirt flares out in a major way. I've tried it on but I don't think I could pull it off - maybe I'll have another preview in the summer time.
I could make a dress for a little girl - actually, that is a great idea. Now I just need to have a little girl!
